Searches for these functions within International FMCG companies are dominated by international executive search companies like; Russell & Reynolds, Egon Zehnder, Korn Ferry, Odgers Berndtson etc. This is most likely because of good relationships, but also because the senior executives who make the choices might have themselves been place by them.
